WHAT's NExt?

You will receive an email within the next 24 hours with information on all the classes offered this semester. You can begin taking classes right away.

Make sure you check your junk email folder (or in gmail your promotions tab). The welcome email might end up there.​

PLEASE NOTE: The system uses the email address that was provided by PayPal. If you want your subscription emails to be sent to a different address, please contact us and we will update your account.

A few things you can do to get ready:
  1. Set up your profile in the Zoom Cloud Meetings app (available free from your app store) or at https://zoom.us/
  2. Look over the course catalog and decide which classes you will be registering for (maybe all of them!) and put them in/on your calendar.
  3. Set up space where you can participate in class, do your workouts and see/hear your phone, tablet or device. Make sure your device has sound, a microphone and video. (Most phones work great, Chromebook works great.)
  4. Get your mat and a set of dumbbells ready if you are going to do the workouts.
  5. Review our waiver and get your physician's approval, if necessary. Click Here.
